@MinnesotaMatt23 Every town and city has criminal blacks living in it

Actually, it turns out to be not about "racism" or White Bear Lake Minnesota.

The College Fix has obtained police reports from White Bear Lake in Minnesota that indicate that the creator of an Instagram account that sent racist messages to black girls, is a black female.

The school district had only referred to her as a “young person” and originally said that the incident appeared to be a “hoax” but walked back from that statement.

But the police reports, obtained by The College Fix through a public records act request, state that the student who created the account is a member of the Black Excellence Club.

Police could not confirm that she is also the one who sent the racist messages, which included telling a group of black girls to “Die Nigger,” among other things. However, using tech forensics, police determined that the messages were sent from the girl’s home IP address, according to police reports.
These fake hate crimes are getting so common that it's no wonder we start to question if there has ever been a legitimate hate crime...ever. Berg’s Twentieth Law of Social Justice Warmongering, as always, seems to apply.

Police did use tech forensics though. Sounds like they treated this as a serious crime. How did local station KSTP refer to police and prosecutor action during the original story? Oh, right...
White Bear Lake Police Department confirmed they are investigating the messages, which could range from disorderly conduct to terroristic threats. They said they may have to issue subpoenas to the social media sites to trace the messages in order to determine who sent them. The department said they take all threats very seriously, especially those directed at children.
Very very very serious threats. Remember that. Domestic terrorism even. They take these threats very seriously.

Well, until they don't. College Fix had to use freedom of information requests to find out how the followup was going.
The girl will not face any criminal charges for the hate-crime hoax.

“The case as presented by law enforcement did not warrant criminal charges,” Dennis Gerhardstein, a spokesperson for the Ramsey County prosecutor’s office, said in an email to The College Fix.
Hey wait, happened to taking these threats so seriously? Now that the author isn't white, it's not worth anybody's time anymore?

The protesters, in theory, shouldn't be happy. Do they still hold that the black girl responsible needs "harsher penalties" against her?
Students also called on administrators to take reports of racism seriously and asked that school policies be reformed to include harsher penalties for hate speech and bullying.
We will never know who did this. We know the name of an innocent white person who was falsely accused of it, but we'll never know which criminal nigger actually did it. All we know is that she's part of a "Black Excellence Club" [just imagine how many crimes are committed by the non-excellent ones! -ed] which sounds like the sort of group that would march after an incident like this.

We do know that the main spokeswoman for this march was one Ashanti Cox. Was she also the creator of the Instagram account? Or the (possibly nonexistent) friend who used the account to post the messages? It's almost a guarantee that one of the negresses at the front of the procession were also the perpetrator. Maybe all of them

Remember what Matt said above? "Every city and down has racist people living in it." There's no proof of any racism taking place in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. As this post's title notes, however, there is proof of a black committing a crime. Poor Mr. Pareto...
There are only 20% of us that are of color in this school

And they commit 100% of the domestic terrorism offenses.
