So what if Germanwings knew their pilot was depressed over a chick once?

"Why don't we just ban pilots from flying if they've ever had a mental illness ever?"

Far be it for me to side with the #BellLetsTalk folks, but a lot of people have a fit of depression especially if something bad happens to them. We probably shouldn't make it impossible for them to ever work in their chosen field (and, often, first love) ever again.
