Hilarious 1997 humour from Graham Hicks

I know Hicks on Six in the Edmonton SUN isn't exactly the place to go to find hard hitting edgy humour, but today he includes the "Dr. Suess Computer Manual" that has been floating around the world wide web since at least the 1997 alluded to in in title.
