Airmiles FAIL

Failure #1: When you get an email from Airmiles, you can select to go to Airmiles.ca directly from the email. Inexplicably, there's no way to log onto your account at Airmiles.ca from the email.

Failure #2: Read this disclaimer carefully:

So your bonus Airmiles (say, with a coupon) don't show up until long after you've forgotten ever using the coupon. That's messed up.
