Former U.S. president Bill Clinton is headed to Montreal to receive an honorary university doctorate.

Clinton will receive the award from McGill University at a private ceremony Oct. 16.
Heather Munroe-Blum, the school's principal and vice-chancellor, said Wednesday that few individuals in the world exemplify global leadership like Clinton.

During his presidency and beyond, she said, Clinton has demonstrated his commitment to social justice.

Ah yes, his commitment to social justice. Roman Polanski owes Bill Clinton a debt of gratitude for his "rape isn't a crime as long as you have the support of Penelope Cruz" precident.
