George W. Bush Video Countdown, #6

This is a long one. After 9/11, the Chinese spyplane incident (anybody remember that one? the one where even liberals admitted Gore would have screwed it up), Iraq, Afghanistan, and dealing with John Kerry, Bush won the 2004 election with nary a peep from Florida.

When he began his second term, he delivered this beautiful inaugural address. Youtube has it in two parts. So let's kick off #6 (relax, #5 will be shorter) on Third Edge of the Sword's countdown to George W.'s appearance in Edmonton with part 1:
