In the same sense that "people who don't read book" exist, "transpeople" "exist". However, there's no reason we should accept either in the human beings around us.
When people do stupid or evil things, we generally correct them. Not so with trannies and their half-siblings the sodomites: they are left to think their evil lifestyle choices are somehow noble and desirable (or more specifically, constantly being pushed the lie that these things are true to such an extent that we're warned that if for a millisecond they aren't, the whole house of cards will come crashing down).
Which is why you don't give them any quarter. You never stop telling them over and over again that the feelings they have are wrong and that failing to correct them is an evil act that makes them inherently inferior.
It's why they hate conversion therapy (which I remind you we continue to do no matter how many times an evil government agent tries to stop us): it works. It does cure them. And thats why activists like Graham hate it: it lays bare the nonsense of the sodomite agenda.
